Steps lead up to this delightful 19th century cottage, one of a pair, which enjoys the most glorious position overlooking the Gann Estuary and seashore only a quarter of a mile outside the village of Dale. From your sunny paved terrace enjoy an alfresco meal as you gaze over the tidal waterway, be amazed by the varied wildlife, French doors lead into the cosy living space with practical tiled floor, fitted kitchen and comfy leather chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view or snuggle up around the open fire. Comfortably furnished in a mix of antique and contemporary pieces it reflects a nautical and seaside tone. The delightful double bedroom looks out over the water so you can truly soak up the ever changing scene.

Spend your days exploring this magical waterway, designated an SSSI* area which teems with birdlife and unique flora and fauna. The village pub, yacht club with restaurant in Dale itself is within walking distance. The area is popular with sailing and boating enthusiasts due to the sheltered nature of its harbour, there is even a water sports hire centre and school for the energetic. Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which will take you to the beautiful West Dale beach, while there is a selection of other fine sandy beaches to choose from in the area.

Cliff cottage is situated on a B-road. It is 400 metres short of the village with its pub and limited shop. There is a small car park adjacent to the road opposite the front gate. There is a drop to the beach beyond the car park wall (hence Cliff Cottage). There are 6 steps from the road to the front gate and then a further 12 to the patio and area in front of the house. There are a further 3 steps from the patio to the front door and then another 3 steps to the concrete path and back door. All steps have a 7 inch rise. There are just 2 steps down to the small front garden. Care needed, as there are some unfenced drops. Toddlers should be supervised at all times. The house is all on one level and consists of a double bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, bedroom with children’s bunk room/5ft 8in long bunks/whb and shower/wc. The main living area consists of sitting area, dining area and kitchen. The house is centrally heated and has an open fireplace. There is a TV/DVD player with remote control. There is an interrupted view across the estuary and a sitting area on the terrace in front of the house. External lighting and street lighting. Public transport is available from the village.
